 The prices listed do not include postage costs, which will vary according to format and quantity of the items you order, as well as your location. Please check the table below for an approximate estimate. For CD editions in jewelcase, shipping without jewelcases can be arranged to reduce postage costs - please ask.

 Items temporarily out of stock, sold out or coming soon can not be added to the shopping cart, but can be pre-ordered.

 Your order will be processed within 72 hours and we will send you an email with your total including postage costs and information regarding any currently sold-out titles which you may have requested. Please be sure to confirm all order details found on the email such as shipping address and requested items.

 Payment can be made in cash (Euro currency only) through registered letter (at your own risk), bank transfer via IBAN/SWIFT in the CE, I.M.O. (International Money Order), Western Union, MoneyGram or via credit card through the Paypal system. Paypal/credit card payers will receive an email sent through Paypal with a payment request for their order once the order is processed. For all other payments, the additional information needed to complete your transaction will be included in the email with your order total.

 All expenses related to payments must be covered by sender. This includes, but is not limited to : bank transfer fees, credit card or PayPal processing fees, money order fees, etc. Check payments are not accepted.

 The items will be shipped within 10 working days once payment has been received.

 Please note that registered shipping does not include insurance, although it provides the ability to track your parcel. Please contact us for fees on insured shipping.
